I came to estimate my trade-in using their “value your trade” tool. I entered everything online, then at the dealership they just confirmed the condition and adjusted the number slightly. No huge drop. Some people said they cut you hard, but that wasn’t my experience.

This is for service who kept my truck for 5 weeks and didn’t fit the issue. The second I drove out I could hear the front end clicking and the clunking in reverse. You’re a lier sir service was never complete. Never mind the steering issue on its forth visit still not fixed!! They also chipped the paint on the frame of my door. Didn’t fix that either. Major management changes and multiple employees no longer there, speaks volumes. Go somewhere else they are a hot mess.The one good person Bino is no longer there, the only one I trusted. Service manger rude, disrespectful, incompetent and lazy.

I haven't had such a negative experience. The salesmen Joe Fusco told me he had the car I requested but lied over and over. He could have told me at any time that he couldn't deliver the car. Instead he chose to lie until it was too late for me to shop elsewhere. I lost the incentive of $3000 because the incentive ended. For an advertised family owned and operated business I can't imagine have a family like this. This salesman is the reason people don't trust car dealers.
