Upon coming to a car delearship at 23 years one can be skeptical if they will even get noticed. From the moment I walked in I was immediately greeted by George Clark. George instantly let me know that he skeptical if they will even get noticed. From the moment I walked in I was immediately greeted by George Clark. George instantly let me know that he was busy but wanted to be sure I was set up with someone ASAP which was when he introduced me to Heidi Walters From meeting Heidi she was all ears about what I was interested in and looking for. She found me a CTS Coupe to test drive within minutes. Took the car around the block, and instantly fell inlove like I knew I would. After telling her I was interested that night I told her specifically what I was looking for i.e. Color, options etc. She searched far and wide to find exactly what I wanted and instantly was able to make it happen. From that point on I was at the dealership for quite some time, but the whole staff made me feel right at home and did not make it an awkward long while. Upon completing my sale deal, They put me in the back with June, who among the other employees was top notch and personal. She listened understood what I wanted and also, made the transaction flawless and quick. More

After a disappointing visit at another Cadillac dealership, we spoke to Jimmy at Ron Carter Cadillac. He immediately gained our confidence & so we drove 25+ miles to get to Ron Carter Cadillac. We were greeted & made to feel comfortable by George. George led us to meet Jimmy, who was just as genuine and helpful. They both were ideal people to deal with. No pressure, just information in a very helpful manner. They made us feel as if they were here to help us and make it possible to find a car to suit our needs. George was wonderful about taking all the time we needed in checking out the features of the cars. Even to the extent of reviewing the features again after we made the purchase in spite of it being passed closing time! Jimmy, George & June, the financial manager, were more than happy to answer any of our many questions. A truly friendly & helpful staff that made our shopping a very pleasant experience! When we came in to look at cars on Saturdaywe were greeted immediately and all of our questions were answered by George. We were also greeted by Jay and others on the floor. On Monday we went back t greeted immediately and all of our questions were answered by George. We were also greeted by Jay and others on the floor. On Monday we went back to the dealership but it was already closed. We got out and were walking around when Mark drove by and walked over and started talking to us about the cars and spent quite some time with us. He answered our questions about the different packages and asked what we were interested in. He even took pictures of the vehicle we were planning to trade in. The next morning he and my husband were working out the details. We were very happy with purchase. More
