I told her what I wanted before I got to the dealership and I was also hesitant to come in because It was a 35 minute drive and I HATE driving far. Diana had the car that I wanted and in the right color waiting for me. On my test drive we had great conversation and I was sold. She didn't try to sell me things that I did not want.... which is what I greatly appreciated the most. She even set it up so that I could have my car that I was no longer leasing picked up from the dealership that was from another company and I got to drive my new car home. Diana definitely went above and Beyond! More

From the first moment I met Amie in the service waiting room I knew she was something special. Months later, I called her cell late on a Tuesday evening and we set up an appointment the following evening at 5 PM. I thought I was going in on Wednesday only to have my trade in inspected but before I knew it she had everything prepared with June. I was literally at the dealership 2 hours...new vehicle ordered, documents on my new vehicle signed, and keys to a courtesy vehicle in hand! June is an absolute jewel. Both Amie and June made this the most painless and enjoyable purchase I've ever had. One last thing...Amie, thank you for being so courteous to me with every little request (items left in courtesy car) and question. You have definitely set the bar high for the standard of excellence in sales!! More

AMAZING Car Buying Experience I HATE the process of buying a car. Seriously, even driving off the lot in something new and exciting doesn't make the feeling of hours wasted and bei I HATE the process of buying a car. Seriously, even driving off the lot in something new and exciting doesn't make the feeling of hours wasted and being messed with go away. This was VERY different. As a matter of fact, it was different than anything I've ever experienced. Amy was attentive, friendly, and didn't push me into buying a car. She just allowed the beauty of the Cadillac ATS sell itself. Within an hour or so, I went from test driving my car to driving it down the freeway. Buy your car here and only HERE!
