The service appointment went very well. But the shop tossed the trunk to locate the wheel lock key. Service ticket is still open. Waiting for part. While waiting for diagnosis, which was not completed the same day, advisor went to lunch and never returned. He did check on me bef Waiting for part. While waiting for diagnosis, which was not completed the same day, advisor went to lunch and never returned. He did check on me before he left, but I had to check in with the desk to get the status. I was waiting at dealership. Had to request shuttle home. When I called the next day ( I had to initiate), no update available. It took 2 days to diagnose the problem and burned 1/4 tank of gas. Problem is recurring rattling. First told it was foreign object in seat, but rattling still there. Then told muffler, repaired, but still there. Now, told muffler again, waiting on part. Rattling noise when accelerating from full stop. Getting notifications for work already completed, but when I ask what else needs to be done, no additions. More
