I have called repeatedly about an issue. I’ve had with my car over the last several months. When I first came in, it was to troubleshoot a transmission code. I was told that my vehicle neede I’ve had with my car over the last several months. When I first came in, it was to troubleshoot a transmission code. I was told that my vehicle needed a part (but was covered under warranty) and that currently those parts were on back order. That was months ago and every time I try to call to check on it. I am told that I have to wait for, whoever is handling my account or the manager to call me back. Currently, no one has called me back. In the mornings, when I go to start my car and shift into drive, the car revs and revs, and takes several moments to shift gears. When will this be resolved? More
