Big Star Cadillac is always my favorite place to bring my car for service or to buy a car. I took my car for service to replace some parts and it was done within the same day. I would like to thank Karah Gonzales and everyone in service department for doing very good job. Everyone very professional, knowledgeable, very nice and helpful. Definitely 5 star and 10/10 excellent. I also want to thank Keith Mujica who was helping me with the process of buying my Cadillac Escalade in 2022. The process was very smooth from the start to end.
