Never felt so cheated This place is the worst place to ever do business. They cheat customers out of any little thing they can. We bought a brand new car in April of last y This place is the worst place to ever do business. They cheat customers out of any little thing they can. We bought a brand new car in April of last year. Car has been okay nothing great, kept up with the scheduled maintenance. Had the tires rotated about two months ago. Noticed that they never gave us a wheel lock key. Went back today to see if they could give us one to the car. The lady at the front desk said because it's been over a year we would have to pay for one. So..... because you never gave us one in the first place that was supposed to come with the car now we have to purchase one. I'm just tired of more than one thing occurring with this dealership. Please what ever you do, stay away from this place. They WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!! Their should be a no stars button!!!! More

Liars and cheats! Disrespectful to their customers This is the most horrible place to buy a car! I would have given it a lower rating if it were possible. We had been exchanging emails with Mr. Stephen Payne. After exchanging several emails we found a car on their website which we liked. We called him up and asked hin of it was available and what would be the price? We agreed on the car and the prove then drove 22 miles to the showroom. In the showroom we dealt with Mike who then informed us that the car we had agreed on was sold and had not been available for quite some time. We asked him if they had the same colour and they didn't. Regardless, we decided to see other colors, after waiting for 2 hours we were shown 1 car. When we wanted to decide our the price, it was 10,000 more than the price we had agreed on over the phone, and Mr. Payne was not available. We were accused of lying and disrespected and salesperson Mike was extremely rude. The people are rude, disrespectful and have no work ethics. They lie to you and try to cheat you. Strongly recommend you to go anywhere else! They have no respect for their customers! More
Dishonest experience at Ron Carter Went to Ron Carter after receiving an email about interest in buying my truck. I handed the salesman an offer that I received from another dealer and Went to Ron Carter after receiving an email about interest in buying my truck. I handed the salesman an offer that I received from another dealer and explained that I had paid off the truck, but the title was on the way to me (I did not have it in hand). The salesman explained that would be no problem, that I could sign an affidavit, and that Ron Carter offers $500 more than competitors. He explained that it would take about 15 minutes to evaluate my truck. He then adamantly asked me several times if I was willing to sale the truck to them immediately, not tomorrow or next week. I told him if the offer was indeed $500 more than the competitors, I was prepared to give them the truck immediately. About an hour and a half later, the salesman came back to me and said the offer that I had received from another competitor was $3,000 over trade in, and due to the title, they could not do the deal. I explained to him that if I was selling him the truck for what they wanted to buy it for, $3,000 less than the competitor, the title would not be an issue. He agreed. I politely explained to him that he was being dishonest about the title, and that if they couldn't meet the competitors price, they should have been honest and upfront about the reason, and my truck could have been evaluated in about 15 minutes. The salesman than went on to ramble about other dishonest factors and reasons that they can't buy my truck. In the mean time, a woman sitting next to me was crying because she had been lied to by 2 salesman about her situation. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager came over, and although he was more pleasant than the salesman, continued to make excuses and invalid reasons why they couldn't buy my truck. This dealership was under no obligation to buy my truck, they could have simply evaluated my truck, told me they couldn't meet the competitor's offer, and sent me on my way in 15 minutes. In other words, they could have been honest. In my observations from the dealings around me, the overall atmosphere of this dealership, and my situation, I would avoid this dealership at all cost. More
