Terrible customer service experience I visited this dealership with my family on October 17, 2015 with the purpose of buying a Hundyai Tulsa. What followed is probably the worst experienc I visited this dealership with my family on October 17, 2015 with the purpose of buying a Hundyai Tulsa. What followed is probably the worst experience I had ever encountered in my history as a customer. For starters, we had our eye on a 2015 tucson that we saw online for about $19,000. That was the only reason I decided to bring the entire family to see the car. My mom was looking for an economical compact SUV. We ended up test driving it and saw right away that the car wasn't new. It turns out that the car was a loaner--a car loaned by the dealership to customers who needed to bring their own cars for service. The car had 4,000 miles and Daniel told us it was worth $28,000!!!! Ridiculous for a car that many dealerships, including Honda and Toyota, consider pre-owned! After we decided that we didn't want the car, we tried to get a deal on a 2016 Tucson instead. Daniel delivered with what we thought was a good deal. $25,456 for a new 2016 Tucson. Fine, we decided to go through with the deal on this brand new tucson. By this time we were already tired. All the haggling kept us in the dealership for 3 hours. We were desperate to sign the paperwork and go. However, it was when we got to the financial paperwork that everything went south. Since my parents do not speak perfect English and don't always understand the language, it was my job to translate for them. For some reason, Kelly, who was in charge of all the paperwork, had an issue with this. It's important to note that when you buy a car, you want to make sure that you understand exactly what you are signing. However, everytime I would ask her questions, she would snap and say things like "weren't you paying attention?" "stop interrupting me!" and "what is your problem?" She didn't fully explain what we were signing so of course I would have to ask her questions which she took as me interrupting her. She also made SO MANY mistakes on the paperwork. She messed up the address several times and even the expiration date on the 10-year warranty! Horrible lady. It also turns out that Daniel LIED to us. The brand new 2016 car that we wanted to buy already had 500 MILES on it!!! He had told us it would have a maximum of 40 miles! By that time, we had already spent 5 hours at the dealership and wanted to leave. The terrible attitude that Kelly had and the lying that Daniel did was horrible. My parents signed the paperwork and I left the dealership in tears after Kelly made us all feel like trash. My parents and I realized that we should've ran as soon Kelly's terrible attitude began. Please DO NOT GO HERE! As a paying customer you have the right to be treated with respect. Here you will be lied to and treated like garbage! We plan to tell the truth about this terrible dealership on the customer experience survey. More

We drove all the way from Austin to Houston to buy from Ron Carter, and this was influenced by the reputation of Ron Carter Hyundai, and also the great experience on the phone we had with Paul. This is our second new Hyundai, and we are pleased to be new Hyundai owners again, and partners with Ron Carter Hyundai ! More
