Our experience with Anthony Merchant our Salesman was over the top! His pleasant personality, effective communication and excellent product knowledge of the car sales business was superb! He definitely made it very easy to do business with Ron Carter Hyundai again!! We were also greeted and warmed welcomed by the New Car Sales Manager, Kerry Marsh who also possessed and displayed excellent customer service and knowledge. Lastly our experience with the Finance Manager-AT Warmate was great! His degree of professionalism and knowledge of the finance aspect of car buying cannot go unmentioned. Completely Lied to us as customers started an online credit and purchase, wasted my time and money. went to dealership after talking all morning to Teresa and when we get there they tr started an online credit and purchase, wasted my time and money. went to dealership after talking all morning to Teresa and when we get there they try to tell me she was sick and was not in, I called her while I was in front of so called representative and manager. She was not sick and then she lies to me telling me she is now going home early. When on the phone earlier I asked her hours and she said 9 to 6 and she brought her lunch. I also inquired when her lunch break was. I drive down there in efforts to purchase a vehicle but when they lie in your face and continue to lie. NOT no way I would recommend or do business with them. Left upset and extremely disappointed. I don't know anyone who wants to be lied to face to face and then change their story on the phone while I was looking at the manager. Then she hung up on me, and we walked out. I will purchase a car from someone else who will be honest. This is why car salesman get a bad name and deserve it here at Ron Carter!!!! More
