We were highly recommended by another customer that purchase a recent vehicle with Julian even that we got some issues with the finance our salesperson never give-up and he was very persistent, we a purchase a recent vehicle with Julian even that we got some issues with the finance our salesperson never give-up and he was very persistent, we are extremely happy with him , he was very professional and all the time he gave us a really positive attitude, he was sure about his job and acknowledge. He show us all type of cars, colors and he explain all futures like GPS, radio, etc. He was very efficient and he gave us a great deal on the car we wanted. What a like is his positive attitude, his patience with us because we make 3 trips to before to get the car and he wait for us until late, he never look tired always happy!!!! Mr. Johnny was also very important he help us to translate some details since we feel more comfortable with Spanish speaker, he was very helpful as well. I will definitely recommend Julian and Johnny in the future with all my friends and family! More

I have to say that I had a very good experience with Ron Carter Clear Lake Hyundai. Miles Walker made me feel welcome and at ease during the entire process. He worked with Scott Sanders to find the best deal that would suit my financial and transportation needs. After I found the Hyundai Sonata that I wanted, Richard Deemer helped me to understand all the relevant paperwork and options. The entire transaction only took a few hours and I was provided a meal and entertainment by an Elvis impersonator, who I might add, was very good. Overall, I am very pleased with Ron Carter's staff and service and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a new Hyundai. More

I drove all the way from Baton Rouge, LA to this dealership, after we had discussed and essentially finalized the amount I would be paying. When I got to the dealership, they tried to charge me $6,0 dealership, after we had discussed and essentially finalized the amount I would be paying. When I got to the dealership, they tried to charge me $6,000 more than I was PROMISED. Extremely unprofessional and sleazy way of handling sales. Do not attempt to do business with these people, they will only frustrate, disappoint, and upset you.
