When I first got there he quickly came out to me and asked if I needed help and asked if he could put me in a new car with zero down and low payments and he told me he would do the best he could, then h asked if I needed help and asked if he could put me in a new car with zero down and low payments and he told me he would do the best he could, then he went to show me the cars that interested me, once I found the car I liked we went inside and did the paperwork, and finally he put me in the car with zero down and a decent monthly payment. I saw the year-end sale listed on Ron Carter's website on New Year's Eve. Unfortunately, I was not able to go that day, so I contacted them through web and obtained a prompt response from Bryan Bi website on New Year's Eve. Unfortunately, I was not able to go that day, so I contacted them through web and obtained a prompt response from Bryan Bittick, the internet sales manager. He informed me that they would open on New Year's Day. Next day we went to the dealership before they were officially open. The sales manager Philip Lam was already there. He asked Willie Drummond, the only sales person there, to help us. After we told Willie what we were looking for, he drove us around the whole lot and finally found one that just came in the day before that was exactly what we were looking for. Willie was knowledgeable and personable. He gave us quite a few good advices. Because the car was so new, it has not been inspected yet. Therefore we could only test drive it in the lot but that was good enough for me. The price negotiation took a few iterations and eventually we came to an agreement. Because the car we bought still needed to be inspected, they gave me a loaner until the new car would be ready in a couple of days. Willie actually dropped me home with the loaner and picked up the trade-in himself. It was a 50-miles drive each way and certainly made my life much easier. One thing I learned is that if you have a question, ask. They are actually very patient and happy to answer any questions. More
