Unfortunately I can’t say too much nice about this dealership. I’ve been waiting 3 weeks to take delivery of a used car. The dealership advertised the truck we purchased for 24,998. We decided to purchase. When we looked at the paperwork a 3995.oo package was included. We stated we did NOT want the package at all multi 24,998. We decided to purchase. When we looked at the paperwork a 3995.oo package was included. We stated we did NOT want the package at all multiple times. We were told it could NOT be removed. The packaged was " discounted" to 1500 ( huge eye roll) this put the cost out of my sons price range. I'm angry we were forced to spend an extra 1500 we didn't have. It's SHADY and We won't be back. We were told it's in the fine print. If you have to put it in fine print it's SHADY. The sales people did a good job...this is not thier fault. It turns my stomach when we are trying to get my son into an affordable reliable work vehicle only to have managment explain that a package can not be removed no matter that we have nothing tangible on the vehicle to show for the extra money. Then less than 2 hours after leaving the lot we discovered that the truck had a headlight out and a low tire. poor job make ready. Dissapointed over all. More

No after sale customer service! During the sale everything was fine but lots of promises but no action! I have been sitting in sales room for 2 and 1/2 hours so far. It was an hour before Arin acknowledged me and she wanted to know why I was here even though we set a time to have me bring my car in and pick up a loaner which she said she has already arranged! Needless to say no loaner! She also said she had arranged for the body to address the issue with the car! Nope! As you can tell I'm not very happy! More
