Found a car on their website. Found a lender, drove 4 hrs to pick up the vehicle. Test drove it, tire light and engine light pops on and the car starts shaking. We drove it back and explained what was happening. The mechanic looked at it and we were told it would take 2 weeks to get in the parts and to repair it. Called back to speak to a supervisor and was told the car was sold 8 days later. Horrible Horrible experience!!!! Credit hit got approved but you sold the car right from under me. Everyone I spoke to was incompetent!!!!!!!! I have nothing good to say about this dealership!!!!! And would have given them no stars if I could have!!!!! No one kept their word and we wasted 9hrs and our time driving to get the vehicle. There's no way that car was inspected!!!! The salesman didn't no anything. Just LOST!!!!! Everyone person I spoke with told a different story. They are all to blame!!!! So now im stuck with this hard inquiry on my credit and it was sold to someone else. Money Hungry Snakes!!!!!!!!! More

I was disappointed with price numbers as website was showing completely different numbers. I felt few hidden charges were there which were not expected. I did not want to go with 'Total financed aftermarkets' but that was made mandatory which was $3995. There is no place to attach anything here, but I can personally provide that if someone will reach out. 2. It took almost 5.5 hrs for whole process including wait time. More

Natalie Diosdado helped me with my routine service last Friday when I bought my car in. She greeted me right away. When I told her I would be waiting for my car, she said that they were running behind on s Friday when I bought my car in. She greeted me right away. When I told her I would be waiting for my car, she said that they were running behind on schedule and it would be at least 2 hours and suggested to get a shuttle instead. I appreciated she gave me that insight and immediately called a shuttle. i also informed her (it was around 8:30am at the time) that I would need the car by noon to pickup my son from school. At first, she was unsure if it would work out but then said she would work hard to get my car going and in and out as quickly as she could. She called me at 11am, had a shuttle at my house right away. My car was pulled up, washed and ready for me to get going. Made it in plenty of time to get my son by noon. Natalie was awesome, attentive, had awareness of my situation and accommodated it. No hassle, straight to the point, got things done efficiently and very kind the whole way. You need more associates like Natalie! Thank you for a wonderful experience. More
