I will NEVER get my car serviced at Big Star again. The service is the worst! The last 2 times I have been there for 4 or 4.5 hours. On the last visit, they kept my lug nut key and I had to come bac The service is the worst! The last 2 times I have been there for 4 or 4.5 hours. On the last visit, they kept my lug nut key and I had to come back out there and spend another 1.5 hours to get it fixed. I tried emailing, but Kohl only answers emails if you threaten to leave a bad review. He then asks if he can call, but calls when you are in a meeting, says he will call back and never does. 4.5 hours for an oil change and front brakes, and I was charged about double what Brake check would have charged me. They were going to give me a fantastic deal on a wheel alignment, I just had to come back again at another time, and drop of my car, or wait a couple of hours again, and the super low price was more than double what I actually paid someone else to do it for. So, I will get my oil changes and tire rotations done there, but I will find someone else that can do whatever work needs done without making me wait hours upon hours, who won't keep important parts of my car, and who won't charge me out the behind for the privilege of sitting around their service department. I was sure I would buy another Hyundai when the time came.....now I am not so sure. More
