Juan Vasquez made sure that the part came in and had my car serviced same day. I appreciate the job completed in a timely fashion. The outcome was wonderful. My car was serviced, part replaced as reques car serviced same day. I appreciate the job completed in a timely fashion. The outcome was wonderful. My car was serviced, part replaced as requested, and with a courtesy wash and vacuum to boot. Yes, this was a very positive experience. Thank you Big Star Hyundai for retaining employees who care and provide the expertise necessary to run and maintain the fine vehicles you sell. I worked with Sabrina (Amazing!!), Kaleb (Very Good!) and Kohl along with Juan. I have nothing but good things to say about all who helped me. Thank you again! More

the service department was great.
