I waited over 4 hours just to get an oil change. I was told I would get an update but that it would be around two hours and didn’t hear anything until I went to ask after 3 hours. Juan Vasquez made sure that the part came in and had my car serviced same day. I appreciate the job completed in a timely fashion. The outcome was wonderful. My car was serviced, part replaced as reques car serviced same day. I appreciate the job completed in a timely fashion. The outcome was wonderful. My car was serviced, part replaced as requested, and with a courtesy wash and vacuum to boot. Yes, this was a very positive experience. Thank you Big Star Hyundai for retaining employees who care and provide the expertise necessary to run and maintain the fine vehicles you sell. The service department is sure to always make sure you know what is needed to keep you Hyundai running in top shape. The service department is nice, clean, and quite comfortable.
