Two stars off for a three-hour oil change. A THREE HOUR OIL CHANGE. And that is with a reservation. I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half. One star off for a shakey video recommending overpriced oil and fuel additives and a "battery terminal cleaning" on less than two year old car. Which seems like a joke/blatant money grab. Are these things recommended by Hyundai? Who knows. I'd bet not. Staff is friendly, though. I may be back but only because it's already paid for and the other dealer is farther away. I just make sure to bring books for a three hour oil change. Jiffy Lube manages the same thing in 15 minutes. More
