I brought my car in for a check engine light. The code is p11 01. With my Chevrolet warranty that code specifically is covered. The guy who is checking me in kept mentioning $250 will be due if we find that the reason you're bringing your car in isn't covered under your warranty and do you have an extended warranty? I said this was already discussed and solved at the last appointments and this is the reason why I'm bringing my car back today. The guy acted like he had no history of me being there. He went on to tell me everybody here needs to get paid the mechanics the person at the front desk. Why is a person telling me that everybody needs to get paid and that's why it's going to be $250. I get it if it's not covered but I was already told that it was covered this guy didn't want to budge he didn't want to go and ask anybody else his answer was final so I just got the recall that was to be done on the car and I left and I'll find another place to go to who will accept the warranty on the car because apparently this guy was xxxxxx off that I had a warranty.
