My transmission died in my 9 year old Outlander. I had purchased the lifetime bumper to bumper warranty, and this is the first time I had to use it. With warranties I always get nervous the provid I had purchased the lifetime bumper to bumper warranty, and this is the first time I had to use it. With warranties I always get nervous the provider will find an out or there will be a high cost. Biggers identified the next day that the transmission was shot and filed a claim. They approved replacement of a rebuilt transmission at ZERO cost to me. They communicated the timeline for when the repair would be completed, provided a loaner, and made a stressful experience very positive. Highly recommend. More

Service guys are nice however I have been waiting for a follow up call on my car. My FOB wasnt looked at even though it was brought up. Cashier was kinda rude, seemed bothered for going up to the window up follow up call on my car. My FOB wasnt looked at even though it was brought up.
