We are long standing Mitsubishi customers, and were customers at Schaumburg location even after moving to Algonquin 12 years ago. Have tried other dealers/service centers since, but happened to schedul customers at Schaumburg location even after moving to Algonquin 12 years ago. Have tried other dealers/service centers since, but happened to schedule service at Biggers in Elgin last year - we are very happy with service there. Keith is great to work with! He listens to explanation of issues, and even if coming in for regular oil change, I never feel as if he is pressuring to up-service if service is not really necessary. More
