Said battery was bad, but there are two never said which one, called tech 2X never returned call. Took car to another shop batteries under load test were fine. Kobe Hiltz was so helpful in getting my Ram 2500 diagnosed and into the service bay quickly. He was very courteous and kept me informed while I waited in the customer lounge. The dealership, however, has declined since changing hands. They have no loaner vehicles and in order for me to get a rental, I had to be transported up to The Villages which took a long time. Also, it takes quite a while to be recognized by staff when dropping off a vehicle. There have been times when I've stood in the department for ten minutes before anyone looked up from their work and acknowledged me. More
