Personnel were very nice and friendly. Dealer had snacks and drinks available. What I did not like is how the prices are listed on the web sites. The lowest possible prices are listed but it was over $11,000 less than the sticker price. While I did get some rebate discounts, it was far less than half the difference. I guess I would rather see the sticker price and than be happier when I get the rebates and see the price drop. Not go in thinking I getting a great price and than paying more to get the vehicle. Persons we worked with tried to do there best I think. Wish I could have got more for my trade as we got a new but technically a year old vehicle, a 2023 instead of a 2024. The business has got a parking problem there as they need more space for all the inventory they have. They said there working on it. More
