Tyler Torres was absolutely amazing. He was just wonderful to work with. He was very friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to help. I cannot say enough good things about him. Unfortunately, I can not say the same about Angela Barrett. I realize that their jobs are different and that she is trying to sell add on warranties, but she would not take no for an answer. To tell me that Subaru was using cheap parts and building for planned obsolete made me wonder if I was buying a piece of junk. She also gave the impression that I was stupid for not buying some of the warranties. Very bad experience with her. Otherwise my overall rating would have been 5 stars More

Pleasant, professional, did not feel pushed or rushed. Vegas was available and helpful. Got the car I wanted. My only issue is there was no email telling me how to access my documents. This dealership and especially the salesperson were excellent. My main concern was that it took 4 months for delivery of my vehicle. When the option of ordering the exact vehicle I wanted was presented excellent. My main concern was that it took 4 months for delivery of my vehicle.
