Service representative was very nice and helpful but the tire issue was not repaired due to price of tire to replace. Not the first time this dealership has failed us. I did not interact with Ricardo except online for information. Adam was very personable and responsive to questions/concerns. The dealership overall was frustrating from the standpoint of having to information. Adam was very personable and responsive to questions/concerns. The dealership overall was frustrating from the standpoint of having to interact with 4 different individuals before walking out the door. This seems to be the nature of the car industry that I do not like. Further, the "Suggested" retail is never what you believe. Upon agreeing to a price there was nearly $10,000 added to the cost before walking out the door. I always feel like someone is hiding something or that the interactions are not as transparent as everyone portrays that they are. I might do business here again, but with eyes wider open. More

I found the Subaru staff very welcoming while I was there. My Sales Associate was very knowledgeable about the cars and asked what I was looking for in a car and then he found a car meeting those spe there. Overall good experience. Dinged the rating a little for lack of transparency. Has to show what I saw online (that drew me you you). Price wasn't the same.
