Since Villages Subaru came to Leesburg, I've worked with Emily, Dennis, Alejandro, and Matt with my 2018 and 2024 Subaru Foresters, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicles. Also, I am very gratefu Emily, Dennis, Alejandro, and Matt with my 2018 and 2024 Subaru Foresters, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicles. Also, I am very grateful for the servicing coupons which arrive timely for my oil changes, and I learned, recently, when I needed some help with repair expenses, Villages Subaru offers financing through Sunbit. For my most recent servicing experience, Dennis went above and beyond to help me with the repairs to my 2018. Dennis was very patient with my questions and concerns, and, as always, Villages Subaru made sure my vehicle was safe to drive after the repairs. To restate, Villages Subaru will always be my choice for my vehicles. More

The charger causes our iPhone to dangerously overheat, it does not charge the phone and the charger damages the iPhone battery. Google “Subaru wireless charger dangerous to use” reveals this is a known issue. Both the dealer and the manufacturer refuse to address this. There should be a recall for this charger and it should not be sold. Please do not respond with - Steve, we apologize if we've disappointed you. We would like to go over these issues with you directly; please send us an email if possible. Sincerely, Courtney, Customer Relations Specialist, ccombs(at)morganautogroup.com More
Love the car, a used 2025 Forrester Hybrid, though I am not seeing the 30+ MPG and currently getting 25 MPG. Finding out that the engine and hybrid system must be fully warmed up before becoming effective. not seeing the 30+ MPG and currently getting 25 MPG. Finding out that the engine and hybrid system must be fully warmed up before becoming effective. So, with short 5-to-10-mile drives, MPG will probably be in the 20s and you may not get the 30+MPG until the longer drives. If I had be told that, I would not have bought the hybrid and gotten better MPG with the non hybrid which is much lighter and gets the same MPG mileage as I am now getting or better as that almost all our driving is in the 5 to 10 mile range, and we would have a spare tire. Check it out online. We were not so crazy about the sale. Features on the car that Justus said to be enabled turned out to be for the Touring model such as: Memory seating with inside cameras, heated steering wheel, stop and go engine at traffic lights. The sales manager, whom I believe to be Joshua Gonzalez, also misrepresented warranty services. Told us that a paint and upholstery repair at app.$ 1,200.00, was required, when the contract was printed after the signing, it stated the warranty was not required for the sale, which later appeared as a "Pre Delivery Fee" on the sales agreement. Also were told that we should buy the $4,000.00 extended inclusive warranty, as the Hybrid main battery was covered under the 8 - year warranty and none of the supporting electronics were included. Reading the vehicle manual warranty info afterwards on the Hybrid system the manual stated ALL hybrid parts were under the 8 year manufactures warranty. We were told that paying cash would cost us an additional $900 unless we financed with Fifth Third for 72 months at 7% plus interest even though we have an 800+ credit rating, because we had not had a mortgage for several years. We were told to pay it off in 3 months, but the interest for 3 months will offset most of the $900 savings. Also found out there was 7 year extended warranty at app. $1,800 that is part of the $4,000 contract package, for replacement key fobs and tires and rim replacements for that it turns out covers curb damage only. Noticed later the loan and title were under my name only and did not include my wife. Now we have to go to the MVR and have the title transferred to both of us at an additional $75. Additionally, we were told that the paint, dent and fabric repair was for 7 years when in fact it they only for one year, and for chips that do not show primer and 4" dents that can be popped only on straight smooth sheet metal sections. We were told that since the Hybrid does not have a spare tire, that if it was too damaged to be repaired by a NOT INCLUDED can of tire inflator, that the dealer would bring a mounted tire and rim that would be covered by the $1,800 warranty reimbursement, for as long as we owned the car. Incorrect, you must be towed to the dealer for the replacement tire and rim, so you might as well be towed to a nearest tire dealer. Joshua told us that AAA response was 3 hours, and Subaru time was 30 minutes. Checked the facts and it is just the opposite AAA is 30 minutes average and Subaru is 1 to 3 hours. As I said, love the car, but would never refer to anyone to this dealer. My fault, we should have left the dealer when signatures were required on a huge monitor lying flat on a desk without seeing the printed paperwork and contracts first before signing. When you tried to read the monitor screen, he would zoom the signature section bocking out most of the page, which seemed suspicious afterwards. It was a fairer situation when dealers printed out everything first for review, before signatures were required. And yes, we are seniors and I have a TBI and I am hard of hearing, which they were aware of, and put us at a bargaining disadvantage which I am sure they utilized. More
