Dealer refused to remove a poorly designed wireless Qi charger in my car, going as far to say that removing the charger would void my Subaru 3 year warranty. The Dealer repeatedly said the charger is wor charger in my car, going as far to say that removing the charger would void my Subaru 3 year warranty. The Dealer repeatedly said the charger is working as designed. I asked them what about working as advertised. Crickets After writing a Google review they suddenly wanted to do what I initially requested. Too little, too late and only if I removed the Google review. More

Asked for tire rotation tech said not necessary. Ask to adjust air pressure but didn't. Assumed he would do the bumper to bumper check. Not sure he dud anything. You post over the Internet an oil change is 39. .95 plus shop charges. Total should have been around 55 dollars. I had a Birthday Discount Voucher from Fairway Subaru in the amount of $30 dollars. M .95 plus shop charges. Total should have been around 55 dollars. I had a Birthday Discount Voucher from Fairway Subaru in the amount of $30 dollars. My bill should have been around $25. 00 with the discount. It took almost two hours for my oil change. And then when I to pay with my credit card , l was informed I would incurr a 3%. Service fee. I've never had a dealership impose such a fee before. More
