Dealership was nice. Service waiting area was fine.Communication was not. I waited over 4.5 hours for an oil change. I had an appointment at 11:30am. Service guy came ou Service waiting area was fine.Communication was not. I waited over 4.5 hours for an oil change. I had an appointment at 11:30am. Service guy came out to get info & car, I guess? I asked him how long it typically takes for an oil change, he said about an hour? After waiting for 3 hours, it was busy, I asked him how much longer? He told me the tech spilled oil (on the heat shield) & was driving it around to burn off the oil. The service guy told me it wouldn't be long now. The boss heard us talking & apparently told the service guy to not charge me at all. It was another hour & a half when I finally had my car brought out to me. 4.5 hours to get an oil change, but at least it ended up being free. More

Diagnosis was excellent and fast. Repair was efficient. When picking up the car, I waited several minutes before I found out I was at the wrong desk because no one was at the right Repair was efficient. On a long trip over Thanksgiving, fumes consistent with burning oil penetrated the cabin when stopped in traffic, but there was no oil around the oil filter. Driving locally does not result in any fumes, so the source may be gone. More
