Lemont Williams was excellent explaining everything. However when I was moved to the office of Mr Gonzalez to my surprise it said from the 13,000.00 that showed me to the final paper work showing that However when I was moved to the office of Mr Gonzalez to my surprise it said from the 13,000.00 that showed me to the final paper work showing that I need to write a check for $24,000.00. I was told to take the warranty paper to Phillips Toyota and they should send me a check . I was left with a bad taste… I could not see any of the savings I was getting. by buying the end of the year model and trading a perfect maintain Toyota RAV 4 2023 limited , 22,000 miles only . More
