Minor repairs like clock light replacement. Air bag light on. They ordered a seat belt replacement. Three times the wrong color came in. They have had my car five weeks! No calls returned no answer from service desk. Try they never answer! Quoted 175.00 bill is at 2400.00?? So short staffed service manager has no time to call. Went in personally because no one answered the phone. Service supervisor had no time for me and service manager had no time for me. A new hire service desk person really tried but I watched each of those men blow him off. My car is being held hostage, I want my car!!!! Never again will I take any car to Bill Collins Ford. I will tell my story to eat one who will Listen. Those tv ads are lies about service. Hey Bill Collins how do I do? I am xxxx fire mad that’s how I do you big hat lier!
