Trustworthy People Work Done Well In the past five years taking my Ford Fusion to Bill Currie for Service I have never been disappointed. I always work with Tony Basta in the Service D In the past five years taking my Ford Fusion to Bill Currie for Service I have never been disappointed. I always work with Tony Basta in the Service Dept. who always takes good care of me. I just went in for my 60k tune up, and the mechanic that worked on my car stayed through lunch to finish so I would not have to wait longer. I checked out with Nerrisa Hicks who reminded me of the 15% discount for veterans so my cost was even lower. They will give me a free rental car for the day if the service is going to take many hours. I have never been steered wrong and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend Bill Currie for service in the greater Tampa Bay area. Thanks Tony!!!! More

And received a long list of things needing to be fixed took it to Pinellas Diesel for another estimate. Ford tried to say I needed a new y pipe for my turbo. Well after being properly inspected by Pinellas Diesel it was not bolted on correctly.Dont trust there judgement. There incompetent and will never go back. Ford estimate $3600. Pinellas Diesel fixed everything for $1500. More

Why I'll return to bill currie ford Long story short, I brought my 2013 mustang to Bill currie because I had an annoying clicking sound whenever I turned my wheel left or right. At firs Long story short, I brought my 2013 mustang to Bill currie because I had an annoying clicking sound whenever I turned my wheel left or right. At first, my experience was less than acceptable. I called 4 days in advance to set an appointment in hopes of being the first or one of the first cars to be serviced. After waiting 5 and a half hours in the waiting room, I asked how my car was doing because at that point, I was extremely late for work. They gave me my car back and I test rode it with the mechanic that was working on it. I had a difficult time replicating the sound while the mechanic was in the car, go figure. After I took it home, the clicking sound returned and was even louder. The Custer service rep, Nurrisa emailed and then called me to see how my experience went; this was the game changer. After I spoke to Nurrisa, she apologized for my wait in the service department. In addition, she scheduled me another appointment for my car to be worked one by the leading foreman. When I arrived, I was greeted by the foreman and went for a ride with him and sure as anything, the clicking sound was heard. Nurrisa offered me a rental at her expense and after four days of having the rental, Bill currie called and said my car was ready. When I arrived, I asked what was done and I was told that my entire front suspension was taken off, looked at for defects and lubricated (where necessary). Granted, there were no defects to the vehicle, whatever the foreman did, fixed the issue I was experiencing. I was extremely happy to find out that the problem was fixed and I must say, I'm an extremely happy customer. I will certainly be returning to Bill currie for any service issues thAt I may come across. GOOD WORK BILL CURRIE! More

great mechanics My advisor, John Whiteside, and his mechanical crew, know my Ford, what I need when I come in for a service or repair and how to fix it right the firs My advisor, John Whiteside, and his mechanical crew, know my Ford, what I need when I come in for a service or repair and how to fix it right the first time. There is never anyone trying to upsell me something I do not need or pushing something that I do not want. They are fair and honest in their dealings with me and I always walk away happy. More
3 strikes and you're out 1st Strike 6 months after purchasing my 2015 Mustang EcoBoost from Bill Currie, I received a recall notice. I called Bill Currie service and told th 1st Strike 6 months after purchasing my 2015 Mustang EcoBoost from Bill Currie, I received a recall notice. I called Bill Currie service and told them I needed to make an appointment to have this fixed. I dropped the car off on schedule with my service advisor who acted like I was bothering him. He pushed a service agreement in front of me and told me to fill out my name and phone number. I had made the appointment, why wasn't this ready? I was then called about 5 hours later letting me know that my car was ready. When I picked it up I was told that parts had to be ordered to fix the recall problem and that I should call them in about 7 days to see if the parts came in. I HAD TO CALL THEM!! Why didn't they know this in advance? I was inconvenienced by not having a car for most of the day. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, called in 7 days and the parts were in. 2nd Strike I again made an appointment to have the recall taken care of. I dropped the car off and received a loaner because the recall and loaner were covered by Ford. I asked Jim (my service advisor) if they had an explorer available because I am very interested in purchasing one for my wife. He told me that his wife wanted one too, but he wasn't about to pay $50k for one because everything on the car breaks. Why get the bells and whistles when all cars are built to break. I was blown away that a representative of Bill Currie and Ford would say this to me. 3rd Strike I was called that my car was ready and I headed over to get it. I went to the cashier as told and they promptly told me that they would have a porter bring my car. They paged for a porter 2x. After waiting for about 10 minutes, the man who gave me the paperwork came out with my key, hit the lock and unlock button, pointed to my car and said here you go. While waiting there, I watched other people get their cars from porters. They came out washed. Mine was sitting in a parking space dirty. When I got in the car, the paper floor mat and service # were still in my car. The seat was moved and my radio was blasting. ENOUGH!!! I may have bought the car from Bill Currie, but I will not be using their service department ever again. It is obvious to me that what ownership and management doesn't realize is that the service department is the biggest reason for customer loyalty in car dealerships. It's sad because I love my Mustang and believe that Ford makes a good product. I will be purchasing a 2016 Ford Explorer Platinum, but I will not be buying it from Bill Currie. More
