My Enclave upgrade is the purrrrrrfect fit. I was already a fan of McKaig Chevrolet in Gladewater, Tx, but now, thanks to Dennis Smith, I'm an even bigger one. Yesterday, I went in for an oil ch I was already a fan of McKaig Chevrolet in Gladewater, Tx, but now, thanks to Dennis Smith, I'm an even bigger one. Yesterday, I went in for an oil change on my 2014 Enclave. Mr Smith would routinely check to see if I had any vehicle needs if he saw me in the service waiting area when in for an oil change, tires, etc. I wasn't needing anything yesterday, but he said he had a vehicle I may want to take a look at that he thought might fit my needs. It was an attractive 2019 Enclave,,,an upgrade to my current car. It was priced well, having been used. Someone had purchased it 3 months ago from another dealership, but decided they would trade it in for something with a needed bigger towing capacity than the Enclave and found it at McKaigs. While considering the purchase, I saw a kitty outside who appeared to be hot and thirsty. I looked in the kitchenette and saw a small paper bowl with grapes in it on the counter. Sorry to whomever grapes those were, but thinking it was urgent, I emptied the bowl and got the kitty some water. Dennis returned and assured me by showing me the kitty had water and even a bed out there. I then noticed there were supplies near Mr Smiths desk...carrier, food, etc. Turns out he is the kitties buddy and he takes care of her and much more. None of this had a bearing on my having purchased the car. It was an attractive car at a reasonable price, in my opinion, but it felt good to have purchased it from my favorite kind of person. Someone who is kind to animals and a Veteran, as well. If you are in need of a vehicle, or just want to discuss the situation with someone, ask for Mr Dennis Smith at McKaig Chevrolet.
