Satisfaction guaranteed We went in to look at a used car we had seen online. When Adrian told us it was the equivalent to the Equinox we were surprised. After we drove the us We went in to look at a used car we had seen online. When Adrian told us it was the equivalent to the Equinox we were surprised. Hassle Free Shopping My husband and I just purchased our third vehicle in the last two years from McKaig. Charles was our sales person and he has done an excellent job all My husband and I just purchased our third vehicle in the last two years from McKaig. Charles was our sales person and he has done an excellent job all three times. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us what that had in stock to match what we were looking for. He never tried to sell us more then what we wanted. McKaig is a very professional dealership that goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied when they walk out the door. After the sale, we have continued to receive great service with follow-up calls to make sure we are still satisfied with our purchase. We take our vehicles there for the scheduled maintenance and the service department is also fast and friendly. Over all GREAT company to do business with. More

Simple oil change and tire rotation The oil change and tire rotation were done quickly. Also needed a new cabin filter and engine air filter. Here comes one of two reasons that I didn' The oil change and tire rotation were done quickly. Also needed a new cabin filter and engine air filter. Here comes one of two reasons that I didn't give them a 4 star review. Labor charges for the filter(s). They had already taken the filters out to show me they needed to be changed. So why do they need, other than greed, to charge $20 labor to drop it in and put the glove compartment back on?? I bypassed doing the engine air filter at the dealership. I can do that myself, and already have, with a non GM filter at a much better price. The 2nd issue that cost them the final star is the shop supply charge. I know most dealerships do this, but it pisses me off to see something done at higher than the advertised or quoted price just because they need to gouge the consumer that little bit more. I have chatted with them before about this. More
