Wonderful Dealership to do Business with! I'm a rural mail carrier that has been looking for a RHD (right handed drive) jeep for months now and have been unable to find one that has low mileag I'm a rural mail carrier that has been looking for a RHD (right handed drive) jeep for months now and have been unable to find one that has low mileage and an affordable price as well. I just happened to see that McKaig had one that they recently got and was so excited to go check it out instead of going all the way to Dallas to search. Dennis was awesome! So friendly, not pushy one bit, and helped me get the perfect vehicle for my job along with Jeriamy. Freddie also was amazing and helped me with the financing and made it hassle free and so easy to understand. They really are a "no pressure" dealership that I highly recommend to anyone searching for their next new/used vehicle. You will not be disappointed coming to McKaig Chevrolet Buick! More

McKaig REALLY IS "A Dealer For The People!" Honestly, I didn't think it would be possible but, the Solution Specialists at McKaig got me financed and into a vehicle that I can afford and it was Honestly, I didn't think it would be possible but, the Solution Specialists at McKaig got me financed and into a vehicle that I can afford and it was what I had asked for despite my absolutely horrible credit. My wife and I walked into the McKaig show room on a whim after hearing the radio ad, so we didn't have an appointment nor did we prepare to actually follow through on a purchase right then. From the beginning Christian promised that there would be no pressure for us to buy and he made it so easy for us by being super helpful to retrieve online bills and paystubs. He made sure that we were comfortable by offering water and coffee and even went out to his car to get a phone charger after my wife's phone died. We also had a great experience with Nena and Freddie who further made our buying experience at McKaig so much more comfortable and pleasant. More

Life Altering Experience. In September of 2017 I purchased a Chevy sonic 2013 with roughly around 63k miles on it. Being a first time car buyer I understood that I would receiv In September of 2017 I purchased a Chevy sonic 2013 with roughly around 63k miles on it. Being a first time car buyer I understood that I would receive the minimum amount of service. But they were quite helpful in getting me into just any vehicle, (the pre-owned vehicles are NOT certified). in late November my car began to run hot and I took it to Autozone to get a engine diagnostic ran on the vehicle. Turned out that my thermostat needed to be replaced, now assuming that I had only had the car a few months I took it back to the dealership wanting them to look at the problem and hopefully fix it. They were not very helpful with the problem, instead they wanted to charge me $129 just to look at the car and diagnose it after I had already informed them on what the problem was. In return they gave me estimate over $500 to fix my vehicle (which I did not have). In January I took my vehicle to a mechanic to replace my thermostat which cost me $225. In February my car began to run hot again, and I found out then that my radiator fan motor needed to be replaced. At the time I did not have any money to get it fixed but I did take my car to firestone and they gave me an estimate of $416 and that includes the labor fees. I called McKaig to ask them if they could possibly trade the vehicle out because it was having too many problems and paying the car note (which was high due to me being a first time car buyer) and insurance (also high). I can not afford to continue to fix the problems that I am having with the vehicle. They were completely unreliable, and unwilling to help me to trade the car in. They simply gave me the run around and wanted me to come in and start an entire new process to purchase another used vehicle. Feeling as if I had been taken advantage of, I took the vehicle to try to trade it in and upon doing so I was informed that My vehicle was not worth what I had paid for the vehicle. With my 2,250 as the down payment the car was only worth $4,000. And I had been charged around 13,000 for the vehicle. So today, I am $8,000 is negative equity because of the vehicle, riding around with no air in 100 degree weather, and unable to trade or really find any use for the vehicle. More

Really fair experience I had been looking for a particular model car for several weeks and saw a car listed on Autotrader at the McKaig dealership. i sent an e-mail enquirer I had been looking for a particular model car for several weeks and saw a car listed on Autotrader at the McKaig dealership. i sent an e-mail enquirery and got a response literally in a couple of minutes. The contact person answered my questions and sent me more info right away, I also researched my current cars trade in value while on line. I arranged to go in the following day, everyone was very nice, it's a small town dealership so that was a little different to go into but I believe they delivered great service. They were very fair on there trade in money and the whole experience was a no pressure pleasure. More
