Nena Townsend made buying a SUV easy. I went in to purchase a used suburban for my wife, however, Nena got my wife in a new one with no interest for 6 years. Consi made buying a SUV easy. I went in to purchase a used suburban for my wife, however, Nena got my wife in a new one with no interest for 6 years. Considering the used one had no warranty and 5.9 percent interest it was simply a better deal to purchase a new one with no interest and a bumper to bumper warranty. Nena is professional and made me feel at home; I was never under any pressure at all. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from these folks. no pressure sales adrian showed me several cars new and used. we drove a few and he showed me all the features. never once did he try to sell me a car, he listened to m adrian showed me several cars new and used. we drove a few and he showed me all the features. never once did he try to sell me a car, he listened to my needs and wants. in the end i bought a new 2018. he didn’t care what i bought as long as it met my needs. i’m 56 years old and never had this kind of service in the car buying business. go to mckaig and ask for adrian ?????????? I decided to make an appt for him with Adrian Cortes without him knowing because I had heard nothing but good things about how Adrian treats his customers. He made us aware from the very beginning that he wanted us to do what was best for us but would give us all the facts before pursuing anything.
