Perfect QUICK car buying experience! Chris and I stopped by on a whim last Friday to view a 4Runner they had on the lot. Without any hesitation, Adrian ran outside to unlock it so we coul Chris and I stopped by on a whim last Friday to view a 4Runner they had on the lot. Without any hesitation, Adrian ran outside to unlock it so we could view it. After looking Chris decided it was too small for our needs. Adrian happened to point out the Acadia that was sitting next to it. Not even really thinking about an Acadia, I was reluctant as my heart was set on that Blue 4Runner and how I was going to convince Chris it was the one I wanted. Over the weekend, Chris convinced ME of the Acadia. I called Adrian this past Monday, went and test drove it and drove off within 3 hours. By far the quickest car buying experience. They made us feel right at home. EVERYONE was super friendly and inviting. Chris and I will go back for our third vehicle due to the past two great car buying experiences we had. Special Thanks to Adrian for going the extra mile and keeping my daughter entertained while I was signing papers! And thank you Freddie for taking the time to explain in detail everything to me. Also! huge shout out to Brandon for working your magic to get our interest rate as low as you did! The only improvement I can suggest, is over all cleanliness and minor exterior/ interior presentation of the used vehicles. Superior Customer Service at their Service Department I was having issues with my SUV dying out when it would slow down to a near stop while in gear, but would run okay as long as it was idling in park or I was having issues with my SUV dying out when it would slow down to a near stop while in gear, but would run okay as long as it was idling in park or neutral. When i took it in the the dealership service center where I purchased the vehicle, I was treated cavalierly. I was told that the issue would "probably" be covered under the power train warranty, but they would have to get it in to diagnose the issue to make that determination. But that they could not even get it in to diagnose the issue for at least a week. I was told that I could keep driving the vehicle and it would not cause any further damage. I left the dealership feeling like a number, and like they had no concern for me or my vehicle. The following afternoon I contacted another Chevy Dealership Service Center and was able to speak to the service manager, who explained that they were booked through the next few days, but to call the following morning to see if they had any cancellations, and if so, he would do everything to fit my vehicle into their schedule. The next morning I received a call from one of the service techs saying that i could bring my vehicle in and that they could get done that very same day. I explained that I did not have arrangements made for getting from the service center to work, so they offered to take me once I brought my vehicle in, and pick me up once the work was complete. I chose to go to this dealership because of the customer service I was given over the phone, and was even more pleased once I arrived. The folks at McKaig Service Department treated me with a level of respect, superior to any other that I have experienced anywhere else. They treated me like one of their family, and they have earned a lifetime customer because of that! More

Both of us have mounds of student loan debt and had only recently just paid off our first vehicle. Our credit was terrible as well. Summur contacted me after I made my information available through their website and she was never too pushy trying to get me to come in. She would send a text about once a week and if I had questions she would always reply in a timely manner. When we got to McKaig we were greeted immediately and sent to a Solution Consultant. Christian Carter was extremely friendly and did an amazing job of answering our questions. He was fairly new there and if he did not know the answer, he went to find it. We never felt uncomfortable or out of place and the entire staff was extremely friendly. Our 14 month old daughter pretty much had the run of the place and we never heard a negative word towards her or caught someone making a face. Very courteous and very friendly. After waiting a little bit and gathering our information we were able to go home in 2016 Chevy Impala. Very low miles and it was at the same rate we were paying for our last vehicle that was much older and had a lot more miles. I am extremely thankful and my wife and I have already made the decision that when we are in the market for a new vehicle then we will not hesitate to go to McKaig. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. They probably asked us if we needed water about 8 times while we were there. More
