Service people were great Let's start with the bad first. The woman that answered the phone in the service department to set up my appointment talked like her mouth was on fir Let's start with the bad first. The woman that answered the phone in the service department to set up my appointment talked like her mouth was on fire, she wouldn't listen to me, and I had trouble getting her to shut up so that I could get an appointment made. At one point, I had to tell her stop 5 times so that I could get the appointment set. I got into the service department at 7:30 this morning, not a time of my choosing. Kim Owens came out and handled things smoothly. I was kept informed thru the process of what was going on. Everything that they did was explained to me, including a couple of issues that they could not duplicate. The only issue I had was in getting my paperwork at the end of the job. Not quite sure what happened there, but it was over 20 minutes from the time that they told me it was done until I got the paperwork at the cashier's window. More

Totally AWESOME I'm from Longview, and we made the drive out to Gladewater because we heard an ad on the radio for them.
