Wonderful expierence!! Before coming to McKaig, I had been to other dealerships that ended in a bad experience and no new car. When I came to McKaig, Adrian greeted us and j Before coming to McKaig, I had been to other dealerships that ended in a bad experience and no new car. When I came to McKaig, Adrian greeted us and jumped in to help right away. He listened to what I was looking for and what price range and didn’t show me a bunch of vehicle That weren’t in my criteria. I found a vehicle that I loved and Adrian along with the McKaig family made it happen. There was a small issue when I got home with the vehicle but he jumped right in to help me quickly and conveniently for me and my family. I know when I’m ready for another vehicle for my family we will use McKaig and hopefully Adrian as our sales consultant. Thank you so much Adrian and the McKaig family. More

awersome I walked into the dealership thinking that my credit wasn't good enough to drive away with a new car. I was asked to be seated and this wonderful sale I walked into the dealership thinking that my credit wasn't good enough to drive away with a new car. I was asked to be seated and this wonderful salesman Mike Lambert came out talked to me and my friend and I explain my situation to him he then ask me for my info and then he asked me for my permission to run my credit . He then went and talked to another wonderful man in the credit dept. Mr. Jeramy and when he can out he told me lets go pick out you a car. Sabrina in the finance dept. didn't waste no time getting my paper work done. I rate this team 101% for their hard work and special thanks to my sale rep Mike Lambert for telling me to keep my faith. Everyone that knew I was looking for a new truck advised me to shop the BIG dealearships and I would get a better "deal". Well, that is absolutely not true. Jason, Johnny (Juan), and Sabrina went beyond customer satisfaction by making sure my needs were taken care of. It was a non-commission sale so being pushed to purchase a car wasn't in their interest. Everything was explained in detail even the contract! I have to say I have been to other dealers and no one gave me the interest or smiles I received once my family and I walked through their doors! Even the receptionist was friendly. The customer service was so excellent, my daughter's are considering purchasing their first car from them. Thank you guys! More
