He spent all the time we needed to make a decision which lead to a sale and then the following day Mike spent time answering all the questions I had regarding the car and helped set up settings that I was clueless about. We then met Johnny (who was born in the same town as my grandfather) in Finance for the paperwork, he made that a fun time instead of drudgery.
