Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and I apologize that you felt deceived. Our sale you received the post card about was ending on Saturday and Jeff H did leave on vacation, but this should have been communicated to you prior to your appointment. The individual you scheduled the appointment with said they were unaware that Jeff would be unavailable. At any rate, I've passed along your message to our General Manager to try and prevent a similiar situation in the future.
