Long story short, a few months ago I bought a used Malibu from a dealership down south. Little did I know it had quite a few things wrong with it that even after test driving/purchasing, I didn't know about from a dealership down south. I had a 1 p.m. appointment to get front brakes repaired. Arrived at 1 - Jon was at lunch, no problem, I had an appointment. Don't know the young mans name who FINALLY approached my vehicle 5 minutes after I arrived, but when he asked how he could help me and I responded that I'd made an appointment, my words fell on deaf ears. 10 minutes later he checked the computer and strangely enough, there was my appointment. Jon knows I wait on my vehicle - at Estes I am half way between home and work - no where to kill time that would be close and, what's 2 hours in a comfortable waiting room? Fine with me. The young guy forcefully said "well, can we drop you somewhere?" I know he thougth I was nuts, but I replied, "uh, I work in downtown Indianapolis and live in Lebanon, WHERE WOULD YOU LIKE TO DROP ME?" I don't deal well with disrespectful people and there are a couple of them in that dealership. All customers should be treated equally. Doesn't always happen. BUT JON AND PAM ARE WONDERFUL. More
