Jon has always been open and honest about what my car really needs done. I don't feel as if I'm getting ripped off when I deal with him. he always makes it a point to make sure my car comes back to me cl really needs done. Perfect example of of how a dealership should be ran and represented by the service adviser's they employ. From the moment you walk into their service department you are greeted by smiling faces that are re represented by the service adviser's they employ. Pams' Hybrid Malibu was recalled to replace the battery. Pam gave me much greif about my taking it in, saying there was nothing wrong with her car.....women! When I finally caught her at a weak moment, Jon Pam gave me much greif about my taking it in, saying there was nothing wrong with her car.....women! When I finally caught her at a weak moment, Jon was very helpful on getting me into the dealership pronto. I got the battery changed and the rear remote door locks fixed. The whole experience was great. I frequently recommend Bill Estes to all, and also mention to look up Jon Hutsell with any service needs. More
