John Hutsell is the only customer service repair person with whom I'll trust my Suburban with. I ask for him specifcally, even if I'm just coming in for an oil change. (Believe me - I'm very hard to satisfy.) As long as John is with Estes, I will continue to use Estes. John answers all my questions openly and honestly. I firmly believe that John goes above and beyond his job describtion to care for all his customers. I've had a lot of issues with my Suburban and John has been there to handle every single one of them with ease and speed. I'm a very busy mom and business owner. I do a lot of driving and my car MUST be safe, John understands that. I'm very glad to have found John Hutsell @ Bill Estes. More
I've been having my vehicle serviced at Bill Estes Chevrolet for a while now. Everytime I enter the service center I'm greeted and shown where to go immediately. I usually work with Jeff Taylor, I pre Chevrolet for a while now. Everytime I enter the service center I'm greeted and shown where to go immediately. I usually work with Jeff Taylor, I prefer to have the same person each time I go so they know exactly what I need or may need, and he is very professional and knowledgeable of what services will be needed or renewed. I am not very familiar with what my car needs so its nice to know I can trust Jeff to set me in the right direction. In my experience with Bill Estes Chevrolet, every staff person I have encountered has been very friendly and extremely helpful. I personally enjoy the refreshments as I am waiting for my car to be serviced. My overall experience and opinion of Bill Estes Chevrolet is excellent! The pricing is reasonable and they only tell you what you need. Not anything extra, unless of course you ask for it. I would recommened this service center to any of my friends and family. More
I'm always treated with respect, the work is fast and done properly. Jeff is very personable and friendly he lets me know when I need other work done and always accomadates my time. Called Jeff Taylor in the service dept at Bill Estes Chevrolet. I told him the car had a leak.I didnt know where it was comming from or what the fluid was. He said to bring the car in for service around 3pm. Jeff Taylor was friendly and considerate.The service dept is professional and I feel confident about the work they do. If I have a service need I will not hesitate on bringing my car to Bill Estes again. More
I recently had to make a quick trip to Indianapolis from Kentucky. During the drive up I hit a raccoon which broke a part under the front of my Pontiac G6. The dangling plastic parts were rubbing on the front left tire and dragging on the road. I happened to notice Bill Estes Chevrolet as I drove by, so I stopped in to see if they could help me. Jon Hutsell and a couple other guys in their service department were nice enough to help out by replacing the fasteners that had broken loose. In a few minutes they had me on my way with a safe car. I greatly appreciated their help and the fact that they didn't charge me for the service. More
I recently had my 2010 Camaro in for service to correct a rumbling noise detected at highway speeds. I was quite surprised when I learned that all 4 rims were bent after only 8000 miles of driving on averag rumbling noise detected at highway speeds. GM denied any responsibility (I don't blame them) and I had to fork over the cash for a new set of rims (ouch!). I had written it off as a painful experience when I got a call from Jon Hutsell. He had decided to go to bat for me with GM. He knew I was a long time GM customer and not someone likely to abuse his car. Jon was able to get me reimbursed for the entire cost of those rims. It was like Christmas came early this year. I am very happy with Jon Hutsell, in particular, and Bill Estes overall. This is a first class dealership. More
This was the best car purchase I have ever done. We drove all the way up north because your dealership was the only one that had manual transmission Camaro's. Stacey was the only one who asked if we needed help. She was very nice and down to earth. I have been getting my '08 HHR serviced at Estes for about 18 months now as the dealer where I purchased the car closed. I have worked with Jon Hutsell in the Service Dept each time but the first time about 18 months now as the dealer where I purchased the car closed. I have worked with Jon Hutsell in the Service Dept each time but the first time - I won't allow anyone else to handle my car's service needs except Jon unless it is an emergency. He gets my car in and out in a very timely manner and always keeps me informed as to what my vehicle needs. The staff is friendly and courteous and my car is always well taken care of. Bill Estes Chevrolet is just an overall great place to do business and when my '08 needs to be put to sleep, I will purchase a new one from Estes. More
