Leased a 2019 Silverado for 3 years/15k miles per. My salesperson, Phil Patterson explained to me the warranty was only 40k which I thought strange because the lease would take me to 45k miles. At 38k My salesperson, Phil Patterson explained to me the warranty was only 40k which I thought strange because the lease would take me to 45k miles. At 38k miles I find myself in the service department thinking I'll get my fog lights (inoperable/do not turn on) repaired while under warranty. Great time to find out that all GM warranties are only 36k miles and my salesperson apparently has no issue lying to his customers to make a sale. Every person in this building only acts as though I am lying about what I was told regarding warranty. I would avoid Phil Patterson and Bill Fox Chevrolet at all costs. DANGER! !! WARNING!!! I serviced my 2017 Chevy Equinox here and my vehicle drove all the way home with 3 out of 5 wheel lug nuts. The rest of the vehicles whe !! WARNING!!! I serviced my 2017 Chevy Equinox here and my vehicle drove all the way home with 3 out of 5 wheel lug nuts. The rest of the vehicles wheel bolts were not all tightened correctly. This puts the driver at risk as well as the risk of danger to other drivers on the road. Dealer had to send repairmen to my home to replace the wheel locks and a missing lug nut. While I had my Silverado here for an oil change, they told me the oil cooler lines needed to be replaced because they were leaking. After the 3-day repair that was supposed to be a few hours the truck began to idle roughly. A couple weeks go by and now, my truck with 34,500 miles needs to have a new engine installed with no anticipated day of repair. Not only did you lose a customer who purchased 2 new vehicles, but GM lost a customer who will not return to any GM dealerships to buy another vehicle after our absolute disgustingly rude experience at Bill Fox Chevrolet. We were very pleased with Steve and the experience that he gave us. When presented with our expectations, he was able to come up with options to keep the deal moving and on budget. We were not happy with he gave us. When presented with our expectations, he was able to come up with options to keep the deal moving and on budget. We were not happy with the condition of the car. When I got into the vehicle it immediately gave me a message that the washer fluid was low. This same message was displayed during our test drive last night. I expected that it would’ve been remedied, but it was not. Very disappointing. Steve has me pull into the service department and we got it fixed. Again nice job Steve. I hope that this is not an indication of the level of attention to detail we can expect moving forward. This indicated to me that you really did t care what condition you handed the car over in. Really poor service from that standpoint. We have had very good response from Jayson and the service team in the past and hope that this is not an indication that we need to take our service business elsewhere. Overall happy with the sales team but marginal on how the car was turned over. Please pay attention to the little things...they matter! More
