Todd was awesome and actually listened to me when I recounted my car's "symptoms". He called to update me a few hours after I dropped the car off and again when the vehicle was ready. The cost was far less than I I anticipated and my vehicle was ready for pickup that afternoon. On this, and previous trips to this service department, I appreciate that Todd and the other reps actually listened to me and that I didn't feel like I got ripped off. Good experience all around. Also noted: the courtesy van drivers at this location are very nice. More
