Do Not purchase a used car from this dealership. I purchased a used car from this dealership January 2017 and after three days I began to have problems with it. Seven repairs later they said they wou I purchased a used car from this dealership January 2017 and after three days I began to have problems with it. Seven repairs later they said they would purchase my vehicle back, in exchange for one of theirs (that was three months ago). Every car they showed me was worse than the last. I've struggled for five months to get this issue resolved. They keep stringing me along hoping that I'll give up. I've been lied to so many times, I'm not sure who to believe. Every used vehicle (especially the Traverse) were smelly and dirty. They offered me a older vehicle with more miles and cost more money, and they think I'm being unreasonable for not accepting the offer! Also, don't be deceived they have good deodorizers. Drive their cars for more than two days and you will see. After they get your money they treat you horrible. Go elsewhere! Please! More

Sales still tries bait & switch Salesman doesn't know how to read a vin. You test drive, love the car, send a request to test again, quote pymt, provide colors & vin.(the only red/gr Salesman doesn't know how to read a vin. Joe quotes a gray Malibu, plays dumb, cuz it's cheaper than the red car. I wanted the red car. But not from Joe, not from Fox. I got a new Ford, more expensive than the Malibu, from a dealer who can be trusted. More

We get more in a month. Put a down payment on a struggled deal and the decided not to do it. Took 4 days to get them to return deposit( no contract was signed) Absolutely the most horrible experience in my 60 yrs of buying cars. STAY AWAY!
