Third time terrible service. Scheduled service approximately 4 days in advance. Dropped off at scheduled time. Took 2 days before car was entered the shop for diagnosis. I made an appt. with the Service department a week in advance. Dropped the vehicle off and it took 2 days for them to even look at the issue. I ended up having to go to the dealership in person to escalate to Service Management. Once escalated, the vehicle was finally looked at and the repairs made. More
