My personal experience with the company has revealed a concerning lack of integrity. A salesperson from Bill Jacobs misled me into purchasing a new vehicle, resulting in significant financial detriment. After reaching out to their management team, I was met with derogatory, ageist comments and no accountability for their actions. It is imperative that consumers exercise caution when considering business with this establishment. More
