I purchased my first BMW from Bill Jacobs BMW and came out not only with a fantastic car, but with one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. This is the 5th car I've bought in my adult lif out not only with a fantastic car, but with one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. This is the 5th car I've bought in my adult life and from the start Harry Gianos answered my questions, offered his perspective and treated me more like a friend than a customer. No hard sell, no "special" deals, just clear and honest responses to my questions. And once I decided on the car, Harry walked me though the process to make it easy and stress free. And Christian Johnson walked me through all the bells and whistles of the car, from remote start to keyless entry to setting up my phone for Apple Play. And shout out to Anna Borzecki-Migut who walked me through the financing. She is knowledgable and friendly and made sure the maintenance plan was the best fit for me. If you're looking for a BMW, Bill Jacobs BMW is the place to get it--and ask for Harry and Christian for help! More
