Great facility, awesome selection of vehicles on site, conversations over price and trade-in were painless - no shouting matches or battle of egos here! Finance went smoothly and there were no super pushy methods for additional items. Minor thing was missing from the vehicle at the time of purchase due to parts being closed - Jose sorted things out and had it ready for me to pick up the following day without question. Bill Jacobs BMW clearly cares about the customer experience and it shows through the entire car buying experience. Would recommend to friends and family! More
