My family and I drove thirty miles to purchase a vehicle. No one cared to greet us or help. I asked at the front counter for help and got the displeasure of meeting Sales Manager, Terry Mancuso. I informed Terry I would like to purchase and asked if he wanted to sell a car. He said he isn’t available and I asked if anyone else was. He said he is a Sales Manager. Then asked me if I have an appointment as there are only seventeen advisors and fifty-four appointments so our wait was going to be one to two hours long. I commented I’ll find another dealership to purchase and he said he could then help. I passed on his rudeness. After I left, I visited Bill Jacob’s website to find no where to make an appointment with an advisor as he instructed me that I had to do. I’ll gladly purchase somewhere else. Such a waste of time for my family to drive thirty miles. More
