Yesterday I was thrilled to bring home my new 2022 BMW M440i. This is the 6th new car that I have bought from Bill Jacobs BMW and I will never go anywhere else. My sales advisor Bill Earnest has been a M440i. This is the 6th new car that I have bought from Bill Jacobs BMW and I will never go anywhere else. My sales advisor Bill Earnest has been a trusted advisor, a fellow BMW enthusiast and a great friend for many years now. Bill and the rest of the team go out of their way to foster a long term professional relationship. My service advisor is Mo Ali and it's amazing how much he and the rest of the team in the service dept. truly care about my satisfaction. They always take care of the details, like making sure that my car is washed after service, getting me a loaner if needed and even checking the battery on my key fob. They really care! I cannot say enough about how well I have been treated by everyone there ever since I bought my first BMW back in 2005. My sincere thanks to Bill, Mo, and the rest of the Bill Jacobs team for taking such great care of me for these past 17 years, and I know I'll be back for another new BMW in the near future. More
