I had a good experience purchasing my first luxury vehicle, my first BMW, and my first hybrid... a 2021 330e. It was kind of an unusual purchase, as it was a courtesy vehicle with 9K miles on it but s vehicle, my first BMW, and my first hybrid... a 2021 330e. It was kind of an unusual purchase, as it was a courtesy vehicle with 9K miles on it but still considered "new," and had some quirky things about when the warranty period started and the rebates that could be applied... but my salesman Russ was patient with all my questions. The staff at Bill Jacobs BMW were all very accommodating and friendly. I feel fortunate they were able to locate the car we wanted to buy, and I feel like we got a fair deal. The hybrid experience is a learning curve, but so far we absolutely love the car! More
