Even though my vehicle is older (2005) the staff bit especially MY service advisor Alex Flinn is the most professional, attentive, sensitive, honest and upfront brand ambassador I have had the pleasure to deal with. He takes the time when I'm there to ensure that I am comfortable, that I understand, am am informed. I have been provided loaner cars, allowed to use the amenities at the dealership, updated via text, email and calls every step of the way while my vehicle is in their care. They treat me like I purchased my vehicle brand new from their dealership! When you spend large sums of money on your vehicle it certainly helps when you get top notch service and I have received nothing but that from Alex and the staff there.
