I went in on July 22nd to look at a used Chevy that I saw online. Even though I was not looking to purchase a BMW, I was treated with the best customer service I have ever experienced. I felt it as soon as I online. Even though I was not looking to purchase a BMW, I was treated with the best customer service I have ever experienced. I felt it as soon as I arrived at the front desk and the super courteous way I was greeted. I must admit, I was rather intimidated by the beautiful BMW's in the showroom which I cannot afford at this time. I almost walked out! Lol! I'm so glad I didn't. I cannot thank my salesperson, Bill Earnest, enough. I read a review from a previous customer in which she expressed that she felt like she had made a new friend. That's exactly how I felt. I just had a very bad experience with another dealer a few days ago and I was still feeling down and out about it. He even took the time to listen to the horrible, long story that I had regarding this other dealer which will remain anonymous. He answered all my questions and did all he could to provide a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Bill Earnest as well as the Bill Jacobs dealership. First class!! More
