Well first off, it's a beautiful store. I literally enjoy time spent there when I have to visit. I have an old E39 540i that I started servicing there about a year and a half ago. There’s a comfortable lobby time spent there when I have to visit. I have an old E39 540i that I started servicing there about a year and a half ago. There’s a comfortable lobby area with Starbucks coffee, a TV, even a sort of “bar” to perhaps take out a laptop and do a little work while you wait. The design of the entire store feels very elevated and high end. If you’re a bimmer nerd like myself, there’s a healthy selection of BMW swag to shop as well. It’s also always fun to check out the M cars on display! And of course, all the staff is super friendly and professional. Big thanks to Kevin Jacobs, Mike Alwin, Mike alder, Bill Earnest, Dan the foreman, and all the other support staff. I obviously have experience both with the service department, now as well as sales. The loaner program is a lifesaver, and spoiled me to the point of getting an X5 of my own after having been without my 540 for months on end. It was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership, and I can’t believe how easy the process was. They will even drive out a loaner to you and shuttle your vehicle to the dealership if it needs service, and you live far away. All in all, Bill Jacobs BMW is a lovely experience all around. There’s no reason I wouldn’t go back when it’s time for another vehicle. More
